7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products such as personal care items, cosmetics, and customized jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Replacement / Exchange Orders
Replacement or exchange orders will be delivered within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
