Welcome to Shaba Shop. We value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed when you make a purchase through our website https://www.shabashop.in.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.


Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • To cancel an order, please email us at shabashops@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

Note: Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.


Return & Replacement

  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per your request.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank account, or wallet).
  • If the payment was made via COD, we may ask for your bank or UPI details to process the refund securely.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Any product returned without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or personalized items.

Shipping Charges

  • If the order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
  • If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, shipping charges will be fully borne by Shaba Shop.
  • For other returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider, as processing time may vary.
